人生到底还是要自己掌舵护航。
首先，纪录片本身是有剧本的，因此，每个人对不同的地方产生疑问或不喜，完全是正常的。
以这种形式再看到巴黎姐还蛮唏嘘的，毕竟这是个进入新千年以来最早的顶流之一，当年与妮可-里奇 、小甜甜布兰妮、林赛-罗韩被并列称为美国 It girl代表的女孩，而关于她的无脑、虚荣、草包以及永无恋爱空窗期这些种种，当年的我不知道听过多少。
纪录片当中最主要的，意在展示出与她从出现在大众视野以来，给人营造出的芭比娃娃式的精致穿着、完美身材的面具下，隐藏着的是眼神和身心的疲惫、迷茫，严重的失眠、梦魇，以及对人、事、物的犹疑与猜忌。
片中首先出现差异的是声音，她真实的声音并不像接受采访时那样嗲，而是一种低沉、慵懒的声音（很好听）。进而便展现出这个女孩的成长轨迹，生在希尔顿这样的老钱家族，她对自家祖辈打下来的江山，形容是“奇怪而又了不起的酒店”。但又与家族的种种传统、克制截然不同，16岁便叛逆到买一个假ID，穿着暴露、浓妆艳抹地去夜店酒吧狂扫一顿，买了一条拼写着“Hot Bitch”的项链，这一段是由她的母亲来进行叙述的，尽管时隔多年，依然是一副完全接受不了的表情。
后来便因为这些叛逆，被父母强制从寄宿高中的床上拖拽下来，送到类似咱们国内的豫章书院之流的地方，每天被强迫喂药，什么时间做什么事都有着严格的标准和限制。也正是这一段经历，成为了巴黎姐多年噩梦和不敢入睡的源头，总是不断做睡觉时会被带走的噩梦，哪怕睡着也睡不踏实，要醒很多次。当然这不仅是她一个人的梦魇，也是绝大部分在该校待过的学生们的，也就有了最后她和其他几个同学集结在一起抵制该校的过程和事宜。
成年后便是自己的天下了，真人秀、T台、杂志、狗仔队，让她饱尝名气滋味，但名气从来都是把双刃剑，这让接近她的人大多都是带有目的，片中列举的最主要的例子之一便是“性爱录像带事件”，而这又与后来金-卡戴珊的那起性质上是完全不同的，金得到了自己那个母系氏族家庭百分之两百的支持和保护，并且由此开始了《与卡戴珊一家同行》的辉煌真人秀时期。而帕丽斯当时除了自己妹妹和自己站在一起，家族中其他人，包括自己的妈妈都在急于和她划清界限，并对她当时的个人状态完全不予理睬，哪怕在纪录片中，提及此事依旧是掩盖不住的“这件事是希尔顿家族耻辱”的意味，而自己那个令人作呕的前任，不光靠在网上兜售录像带赚得盆满钵满，还上各种节目其时火了一把。
她成为了全美的嘲笑、讽刺对象。娱乐八卦杂志、真人秀、脱口秀、成人向动画片、网民，一时间全部都对她“万箭齐发”。
电影《前程似锦的女孩》当中选用了帕丽斯的《Stars Are Blind》做插曲，应该是与录像带事件有关，她们都是相似的受害者。
帕丽斯回忆到这件事情时说到：“如果这件事是发生在现在，结果一定会不同。”
可命运就是这样爱捉弄人。
之后还展示了她对于自己事业的追求和野心，自己一定要挣到十亿美金才肯休息，一定要在以男性为主的DJ领域里拥有自己的姓名和位置，以及与当时男友在音乐节时期的激烈争执，对此她这样评论：“想要企图控制我的人，都不会在我的生活中有任何位置。”
这就产生出了些许割裂感，一方面，她是个自我、意志力薄弱、屡错不改、恶习满满的大小姐，另一方面，她是个上流社会出身，家教良好（一看就是上过礼仪课程的那种，言谈举止就像是有一个标准化模版一样），待人接物有种客气的距离感，多年维持完美身材，哪怕身处以男性为中心的行业中，也没有大打苦情与性别不平等牌，而是坚持认为自己要做到更好。这么些年，哪怕影响力早已被曾经的小跟班金-卡戴珊及其家族甩出好几条街，也依旧没有放弃，努力适应时代，努力拓宽事业版图。
看这部纪录片的过程中我突然想起，上小学时曾经在妈妈买的娱乐杂志上看见过关于她的介绍（主要是黑料），里面提到巴黎姐在一次采访的过程中表示：“很多都觉得我很愚蠢，其实我比大多数人都聪明。”以及“大家都觉得我是在靠我的父母和家族，但实际上是，从十八岁起，我就没有向父母和家族中的任何人要过一分钱。”
总之，这部纪录片确实是给我这么一个知道并曾经关注过她的人一些惊喜。
最后，让我很意外的是，金-卡戴珊和其母亲克里斯-詹纳也参与了该纪录片的录制，并表示，巴黎姐确实是开创网红营销及公关的第一人，想起之前巴黎姐还撕过卡戴珊家族，说她们能有今天都是因为借鉴了自己。
因此，她们之间的撕X，咱们看看就好，不必当真，毕竟，全是为了挣钱～
总体来说比较honest.前面发布会后在酒店床上那part，I was literally praying don’t cry don’t you cry，结果还是哭了，不能说不真实，感觉导演放的有点早。看之前听了Even the rich podcast她这季，除了镜头给出的以外得知了很多background info，她姥big kathy绝对是牛人。赶走男友那，完全能理解，too needy can be suffocating. pch那，so sorry I didn’t know and judged her. That facade she put on though, it blurs with reality and messes with ya mind.好困啊还要考试以后再补吧为了自己回顾 “Be kind, you never know what someone is going through.”—— Whitney Houston
Ah, where should i even start...i know it is silly to say that it totally overthrew my impression on paris. It might be hard to believe how genuine this girl is. Sometimes people get so used to act out the nonexistent icon they portrait and gradually become incapable of remembering who they are and what the heck is real. It is totally relatable in the beginning, that a quote from the sketch says 'she is totally spoiled. What did she do'. Right, what did she do? What did she do to be deserved to be sent to asylum like shit school? What did she do to be abused and exploited out of her private sex life? What did she do to be born in the crappy heartless fake bitch family?
I first got to know the name when i was in middle school, back when she was a permanent headline girl for all sort of gossip websites. Pictures of her wearing pinky glittery gowns, styling with barbie ish sunglasses and handbags, being caught with braless and bottomless scam snaps, cant really do much to relate her to a mature adult. She has always been so behind her age in every way as i can recall, which is an obvious sign of childhood trauma and mental issues. You can really tell the difference between one who dress up like a barbie as a fashion and one who dare not to get out of the barbie fantasy. Till today i refuse to read more about her since it always gives me anxiety and insecurity to look at her. My intuition is correct and It hurts me so bad as i finished this film without pausing. From the beginning to the end, i doubt her passion for everything: her business, her social media persona posing, her family... I can only see sparks in her eyes when she is hosting a night club show and interacting with her fans. She is the only celebrity that convinces me of genuine bond between fans and stars. She really finds love and shelter in fandom.
Shes been acting the dizzy unnaturally sweet voice bad ass girl for so long. It touched me when the shooting its over, her manager told her to get ready on 8am tomorrow, that she was extremely worn out by the tight schedule and just moaned that she was really tired. She cant find solace from anybody including her family and her team. For the very first time in her life and on camera, she stopped squeezing her sound and quit walking like on the runway. She is nothing more than a lonely girl loving her pjs.
It literally pissed me off by two points. Her douche boyfriend accidentally drops her laptop and acts like a fking baby on backstage to call her attention 3 mins before show, and that her mom escaping education on children by playing out of sight out of mind, faking her regrets afterwards. It is not that traumatized people are bound to be with trashy person, but just admit it that they are trash on their own.
She s been living in this barbie persona all her adult life. But she wasnt cared nor loved like any barbie doll. Guess she will not give up the icon she created, but she can finally be mindly free for once.
